Yoga Facilitator (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra), Breathwork Guide, Somatic Dance Facilitator, Energyworker (Reiki Master), Bodyworker (Reflexology, Massage) Medicinal Plant ally and facilitator of ceremony and ritual.

I weave traditional practice, ancient wisdom and lineage into medicine for the modern world — my offerings are an antidote to the stress, stimulation, contraction, disconnection and busyness of everyday life.

I take a holistic approach, working with the intelligence of the body, mastering of the mind and softening into the soul, creating a unique moment of time and space for you to connect with your Self on a deeper level. To slow down, to listen, to let go and remember.

My life has taken me on many paths and navigations of deep, soul-guided change. From breaking free from a life that no longer serves to following the threads of faith and trust into the vast unknown. Finding belonging. Finding home.
